Intermountain Healthcare SLC Clinic Replacement and Parking

This replacement clinic provides four-stories of modern medical space to the east side of Salt Lake City, Utah. The project also provides two levels of parking (one suspended) for employees and patients, which connects directly to the clinic by way of a subterranean tunnel.  The construction of the parking structure and clinic were staged to minimize downtime of the existing clinic, which was demolished once both structures were substantially complete.
