The original Levitz building was constructed using a combination of precast and cast-in-place concrete with a jungle of columns, the roof of constructed of wood. The entire roof and most of the columns were removed and replaced with a new steel framed roof and very few steel columns. This building is so large that it now features two clear spanned regulation size basketball courts. It also contains extensive offices, movie/game film theater, locker rooms, weight training rooms, hydrotherapy pools, lounges, recreation rooms, steam rooms, spas and a chiropractic office. It also has a secured parking area for JAZZ team members.
