The building for the David Eccles School of Business was designed and constructed in two phases to stage the demolition of the existing buildings. This eight-story steel structure incorporates grand views, access to outdoor amenities and natural light into the student environment on the south end of campus. The south wing towering just over 50 feet above the ground appears to cantilever over the auditorium featuring the longest buckling restrained brace ever fabricated by Corebrace at the time of construction.
