This six-story hotel houses individual office and retail spaces on the ground level and second floor. The top four floors consist of 124 residential style-hotel units. The hotel also features an outdoor plaza and suspended pool that is centrally located on the third level. Two levels of below grade parking is provided for guests and tenants.
