Okland Construction Corporate Office Addition & Remodel

This 2-story addition to the current corporate office for Okland Construction also includes updates to the existing building, such as a new front entrance and the addition of several windows. Many aspects of the design were meant to energize the team. Natural daylight pours into the building, especially in the central atrium where it permeates through 3 floors. Hallways, offices, and conference rooms have glass walls to encourage a spirit of openness and collaboration. Because many of Okland’s employees spend much of their days out on the jobsite, open desk areas are available for them to plug in their laptops, print documents, and make calls. With future growth in mind, the building was designed with extra space available to be filled when the team grows. Okland has provided many amenities for the employees to help them feel appreciated. These include a large dining area and outdoor patio. The lower level of the building houses a large gym, ping pong tables, and a golf simulator.
