This Granary is home to Dunn Associates, Inc. and was completely converted to office space in 1998. Very thick, multi wythe walls permitted the use of steel threaded rods to be drilled at an angle and set in epoxy. This permitted the roof and floor diaphragms to be securely attached to the perimeter walls without the need of exterior plates. The structure was upgraded to earthquake force levels as identified by the 1997 Uniform Building Code.
